Frank has been the head chef at Restaurant/Brasserie Dimples for 3.5 years.
He ensures that delicious and flavorful dishes are served every day. The best part of his job, he says, is interacting with guests and colleagues. Whether it's a lunch dish, walking dinner, summer barbecue, daily special, or a fun party with schnitzel and hamburgers, Frank always makes it something special.
