On Friday, April 24, Brasserie Dimples will host our delightful Asparagus Evening. For €55.00 per person, you can enjoy a complete menu dedicated to "white gold."
We begin with swordfish tataki served with curry mayonnaise, followed by a creamy asparagus soup with ham, parsley, and egg. For your main course, choose between salmon with asparagus, bearnaise sauce, baby potatoes, and mixed vegetables, or the classic Brabançonne. To finish, we serve a refreshing dessert of white chocolate and basil, featuring curd (hangop), basil foam, basil syrup, and red fruits.
